Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your outdoor gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Adventure Tip: For faster delivery to remote locations, we recommend choosing our Standard Shipping option.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our outdoor adventure gear as passionately as we select it. While we hope every item meets your expectations, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

Quick Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Return Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Insect Protection items that have been opened or used
  • Dog Accessories that show signs of wear or chewing
  • Any item missing original packaging or documentation

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return shipping address

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method unless otherwise arranged

Adventure Tip: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. Exchanges typically ship within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Defective or Damaged Items

International Returns

For our global adventurers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
