Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all tags attached. For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Insect Protection items that have been opened or used
  • Dog Accessories that show signs of wear or chewing
  • Any item missing original packaging or documentation

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping address
  • Special instructions if needed

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation. Affix the return label (we’ll provide one for defective items) and ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

International Returns

For our global adventurers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
