Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all tags attached. For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns of:
- Insect Protection items that have been opened or used
- Dog Accessories that show signs of wear or chewing
- Any item missing original packaging or documentation

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:

International Returns
For our global adventurers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
