Where do you ship to?
We proudly ship worldwide to outdoor enthusiasts everywhere! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Our warehouse is located in Houston, Texas, and we use reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, and EMS.
How long does delivery take?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch (DHL/FedEx)
Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch (EMS)
Please allow 1-2 days for order processing before dispatch. International shipments may experience additional customs delays.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We’ll send you tracking information via email as soon as your adventure gear leaves our warehouse. You can follow your package every step of the way to your doorstep.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we offer our Standard Shipping as the fastest option. For time-sensitive adventures, we recommend ordering well in advance to account for potential delays.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our outdoor gear with a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. If any item doesn’t meet your adventure needs, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
